The initial consultation is a 60–90 minute working session focused on understanding your property, vision, and constraints. For build-on-your-lot and development projects, this meeting typically takes place in our office. For ADU projects, we often meet on site to review access, utilities, and layout considerations.
Following this meeting, we provide a rough cost range and outline the recommended path forward, including a proposal for the Project Development phase.
Project Development is where planning, feasibility, and design come together. During this phase, we complete site feasibility, refine scope, coordinate design and engineering, develop a detailed construction schedule, and produce a final, itemized project budget.
Deliverables include complete project documentation, permit-ready drawings, and a construction agreement—allowing both parties to move into construction with clear expectations around scope, cost, and timeline.
Once planning is complete and permits are approved, construction begins. Our team manages the build from site work through final inspections, prioritizing organization, communication, and consistent oversight.
Clients receive regular updates and access to Buildertrend, where they can follow progress, view schedules, and track financials in real time.
